AI & automation

Repeated actions with clear outcome checks. Use AI where its contribution can be assessed and errors can be detected and corrected.

Discuss your task ↗

Input, rule, verification and a return path. Automation still needs oversight.

When it helps

  • The same information must be collected and checked repeatedly.
  • An automated step has no clear owner or stopping conditions.
  • Quality criteria and permitted data have not been defined for an AI process.

Scope of work

  • Define inputs, output, checks and process ownership.
  • Create a small automated step with controlled side effects.
  • Provide quality checks, outcome records and a manual path on failure.

Boundaries and conditions

AI does not replace access rules or result acceptance. Sensitive data, paid AI requests and external delivery require separate decisions; one successful run does not establish reliability.

Our approach

A clear solution and a practical next step

The agreed deliverable covers more than configuration or code: it includes dependencies, a change procedure and checks of the relevant workflows. Documentation and ongoing support are scoped to the task.

01

Understand the context

What is getting in the way, who uses the system and which outcome would improve the situation.

02

Define the boundaries

Data, access, dependencies, allowed effects and conditions for returning to a known state.

03

Build a working step

The smallest connected part of a process that can be tested in the assigned environment.

04

Verify and hand over

Real scenarios, limitations, documentation and responsibility for the next step.

Questions before starting

Is AI always necessary?

No. Prefer an understandable rule or ordinary integration when that solves the task more reliably. Any AI step needs permitted data and quality criteria agreed in advance.

What if an action starts but no response arrives?

Do not treat a timeout as proof of failure. Establish the outcome and whether a retry is safe. Status checks, request identifiers and a manual path are agreed before a real channel is connected.

Let’s start with your context

Describe what should work better, how it works today and the constraints you already know. A detailed technical specification is not needed for the first conversation.
